Welcome to Tanzania Maasai Nile Safari & Adventure. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including safaris, tours, and other related activities. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by these terms.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost.
The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.
Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
No refunds for no-shows or unused services.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days.
We reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or government regulations.
If changes are necessary, we will offer an alternative of equal value.
If changes lead to additional costs, the traveler will be notified in advance.
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any necessary permits.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of property.
We are not liable for any expenses arising from missing travel documents.
Some tours require a moderate to high level of physical fitness.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the activity.
In case of medical emergencies, the costs incurred will be the traveler’s responsibility.
Tanzania Maasai Nile Safari & Adventure is not responsible for:
Delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by third parties, weather conditions, or government actions.
Personal injury or property loss due to negligence, theft, or accidents.
Any expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
Participation in our tours is voluntary, and travelers accept all risks associated with travel in remote areas.
Travelers are expected to respect local cultures, wildlife, and fellow travelers.
Any form of illegal activity, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Travelers must comply with all guidelines provided by our guides.
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.).
Political instability or government restrictions.
Pandemics or epidemics.
Airline strikes or travel disruptions.
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information.
Personal details provided for bookings will only be used for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Any disputes will be resolved amicably through negotiations.
If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled under Tanzanian law.
Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Tanzania’s jurisdiction.
